The use of the services provided by the "Daleel Accounting" system constitutes acceptance and satisfaction with all policies and provisions herein and serves as a formal agreement with the user, outlining all restrictions and provisions.

It may take some time to process this request, and you will not be entitled to a refund of the subscription fee.

B. Full Right to Access and Retain Your Information

Although we will take reasonable steps to keep your information accurate, complete, and up-to-date when required, we ask that you keep your information as current as possible so that we can continue to improve our service to you.

Without prejudice to your right to access your information, in some cases, Daleel will be forced to prevent your access to this information in accordance with regulations and your prior consent. This may occur in specific cases, including but not limited to:

• A situation of risk that requires preventing your access, as deemed necessary by Daleel.
• An ongoing investigation by competent authorities or Daleel's management for any reason.
• Any judicial proceeding, trial, or dispute that may be subject to a discovery process.
• A commercially sensitive decision-making process or plan.
• If the account contains the personal information of other individuals in the same record.

"Daleel" may (but is not obligated to and bears no responsibility for) retain your information for a period from the date of your last account access (from the date of your last subscription with Daleel) to facilitate your re-entry.

C. Minors

Since we are unable to distinguish the age of individuals accessing our site, a comprehensive privacy policy is applied. "Daleel" does not intend, seek, or require to receive any personal information from minors. By using the Service, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. No other terms or conditions of any kind contained in any documents, writings, or other communications from you to "Daleel" or its employees, representatives, or agents regarding the Service shall apply or be binding.
2. Changes to This Agreement or the Services
   "Daleel" reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will be effective and legally binding upon you when posted on our website for the Service or when we make reasonable efforts to notify you by other means. Please review these Terms and Conditions periodically for the latest changes. Your continued use of this Service after modification constitutes your full agreement and acceptance to be legally bound by these changes.
3. Grant of Use Licenses
   Upon the user's acceptance of these terms, "Daleel" grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to its users according to the established conditions, for example:
   • "Daleel" has the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice and without liability, to refuse, block, stop, or suspend your account(s) and/or your use of the Service if it deems that your use does not meet "Daleel's" specifications or guidelines, or which "Daleel" may consider inappropriate, illegal, or harmful to its interests. If "Daleel" exercises its absolute discretion under this paragraph, it will not be liable for refunding any part of your pre-paid subscriptions. "Daleel" reserves all its rights against the user in accordance with applicable regulations or these Terms and Conditions regarding any inappropriate, illegal, or harmful use. "Daleel" reserves the right to deduct any costs, damages, or expenses it may incur in connection with such use from your unused pre-paid subscriptions, if any, or to claim the same from you in any manner.
   • You acknowledge your prior agreement to comply with the policies or guidelines that "Daleel" may provide or amend from time to time, or that are imposed by it or any party "Daleel" has appointed or authorized. "Daleel's" policies or guidelines may relate to technical specifications, privacy, acceptable content, and any other matter, as may be amended by "Daleel", at its sole discretion, from time to time.
   • You agree that you will not grant access to or provide any part of the Service to any third party; nor modify, disable, or interfere with the Service or the supporting servers or networks, either manually or through the use of scripts, viruses, or by reproducing, copying, cloning, disassembling, trading, selling, reselling, or overloading the systems used by "Daleel" to provide the Service. Daleel retains all its intellectual property rights to its products and content.
   • You acknowledge and accept the right of "Daleel", at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to you, to modify, suspend, change, or withdraw the Service and/or the Terms and Conditions and/or the website at any time and from time to time.
   • You acknowledge that you are solely and fully responsible for your use of the Service and will indemnify "Daleel" for all losses, costs, and damages incurred in connection with any third-party claims against "Daleel" related to your use of the Service, and in connection with your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any policies or guidelines that "Daleel" may provide from time to time.
   • You represent, warrant, and undertake to "Daleel" that at all times:
     • You have all rights, consents, licenses, and permissions that may be necessary or required for the use of the materials, graphics, logos, videos, data, or information you enter into the Service (where applicable) (hereinafter referred to as "Your Content") in the manner and for the purpose for which you use Your Content.
     • All of Your Content complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including commercial and intellectual property laws within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all other countries where it is used, and does not infringe upon the rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights) of any third party.
   • You represent and warrant to "Daleel" that you have full corporate rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions and to perform the obligations you have agreed to, and that doing so does not and will not violate any agreement or obligation to which you are bound, or any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
   • You agree and acknowledge that "Daleel" has the right, whenever it wishes, to use your name and refer to you as a user of the Service in any publicity, press release, or advertising or marketing materials worldwide and using any form of media. "Daleel" also has the right to use any content you have previously used in "Daleel", and this constitutes your prior consent.
   • You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to use or display "Daleel's" trademarks or mention "Daleel" in any publication, website, press release, or in any other way without obtaining prior written consent from "Daleel".
   • You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for obtaining or providing any hardware or software you may need to access and use the Service, and for any damage or loss you or Daleel may incur as a result of the operation of such hardware or software, including incompatibility with any platforms used by "Daleel" to provide the Service.
   • You acknowledge and undertake that "Daleel" is the sole owner and has the right to use any feedback you provide on the Service in any way whatsoever, including for improving existing products and services or creating new products and services.
   • You acknowledge and agree that Daleel retains all rights in the Service not expressly granted to you in these Terms and Conditions.
   • You hereby grant "Daleel" a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, modify, adapt, compile, host, and use (a) Your Content (including, but not limited to, reproduction in physical form, publication, performance, communication to the public, and making modifications to Your Content) for the purpose of providing you with the Service, and (b) if "Daleel" provides any community forum for users of the Service to exchange user tips and post comments, opinions, and any other comments, opinions, and materials you upload or post in such a forum.
4. 4. Payment Terms
   • A. By creating your account, subscribing to the Service, or renewing your subscription, you agree to the imposed fees.
   • B. You agree to the established fees for the services or products you request and commit to any payment terms that "Daleel" may impose from time to time. You may be required to pay "Daleel" in advance and/or on an annual or monthly basis to use the Service. Your subscription may be automatically renewed upon or near its expiration at the subscription rates applicable at the time of renewal. Even if there is a means for automatic renewal, the responsibility for ensuring your subscription is renewed before it expires rests solely with you, not "Daleel"; otherwise, your ability to use the Service will automatically terminate. "Daleel" may not give you prior notice of automatic renewal. If "Daleel" is unable to perform this automatic renewal for any reason, your subscription will automatically terminate. For subscribers who choose to pay by credit card, the subscription renewal fee may be charged to the registered credit card unless "Daleel" is notified of a change or cancellation in writing using the tools or means provided by "Daleel".
   • C. All amounts due from you to "Daleel" may be listed in a quote exclusive of any goods and services tax, or any other taxes that may be imposed on the subscription.
   • D. You acknowledge and agree to all fees imposed by "Daleel"; as such, you or your registered credit card may be charged for any taxes or fees that "Daleel" is required by any applicable law or regulation to impose on the subscription or fees. In all cases, you agree to any fees or amounts determined by Daleel for the services it provides.
5. 5. Term and Termination
   • A. "Daleel" has the right to terminate its relationship with you, without prior notice, if you violate or fail to comply with any term of these Terms and Conditions. This agreement and your ability to use the Service may also be automatically terminated upon the expiration of your subscription.
   • B. After termination, "Daleel" may, at its sole discretion, retain any data you have uploaded to its systems. However, you agree that other than any obligations expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, "Daleel" has no liability to you for maintaining your user account or any of your data after termination. You shall not harm "Daleel" and shall hold it harmless from any fees, damages, or claims you may incur in connection with the same claims or actions you may face or incur in connection with the same.
   • C. If the termination is due to your failure to renew your subscription in a timely manner, you may reactivate your account and access your data if renewal is made possible under these circumstances by "Daleel". You agree to pay any subscription fees or charges that "Daleel" may impose, including reactivation fees (if any), within any period that "Daleel" may specify. Otherwise, "Daleel" may permanently remove your user account(s) and any data you have uploaded to its systems without your right to object.
6. 6. Your Data, Daleel's Data, Storage and Transfer of Your Data, and Daleel's Privacy Policy
   • You acknowledge and agree that you, your clients, partners, or associates are not the owner of any data you upload to the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Your Data"). You agree by this agreement that "Daleel" is the sole owner of all data other than Your Data, including any system-generated data created by the Service or any aggregated data from data entered into the Service by all users on an aggregate basis (hereinafter referred to as "Daleel's Data"). "Daleel" may use all "Daleel's Data" in any way it chooses, including to improve or adapt its services, or to create or design new products and services.
   • You acknowledge and agree that the nature of the Internet is international and that "Daleel" has your express consent to store and provide access to your personal or confidential information, and user and customer data, and to transmit and provide this information over the Internet, which may involve its transmission across multiple jurisdictions governed by different laws and regulations.
   • "Daleel's" Privacy Policy, which may be amended or updated from time to time, is incorporated into and forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.
7. 7. Your Account and Password
   • You acknowledge, warrant, and agree that the security and confidentiality of any password(s) and user ID(s) issued to you by "Daleel" for accessing the Service are your sole responsibility and that of your authorized employees, representatives, and agents. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account(s), or any misuse of your password(s) and user ID(s), you must activate the process established to disable your account(s) and/or reissue new password(s) or user ID(s) and notify the Daleel team via available communication channels as soon as possible.
   • You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all actions, omissions, and errors of the person(s) you nominate as user(s) or administrator(s) of your account(s) for the Service. You also agree that "Daleel" may accept instructions and requests from and communicate with such person(s) unless "Daleel" has received written notice that such person(s) are no longer user(s) or administrator(s). These instructions, requests, and communications are valid and legally binding on you. Additionally, you are responsible for any and all use of your account(s) by any person who possesses your user ID(s) or password(s).
8. 8. Your Indemnification in Favor of "Daleel"
   If "Daleel" and/or any of its affiliates, collectively referred to as the "Indemnified Parties", take any action to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, costs, expenses, causes of action, or demands, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the Service and all related violations by you of these Terms and Conditions.
9. 9. Service Level Agreement
   The Service Level Agreement attached to these Terms and Conditions is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. There are no warranties unless expressly stated herein. "Daleel" makes no warranty or representation of any kind regarding its website, the Service, the products or services available on this website, and/or any materials available on this website, or the level of security and confidentiality, which are all provided on an "as is" basis. Daleel is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the site or the web, including hacking or viruses.
   "Daleel" does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any of the content or data found on the Service or this website. "Daleel" expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions regarding the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a general or particular purpose, and non-infringement, arising from statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries where "Daleel" is used.
   "Daleel" does not warrant that the Service, this website, its servers, or any email sent from "Daleel", are free of viruses or other harmful components.
   For clarity, "Daleel" does not guarantee the effectiveness of the Service.
   "Daleel" assumes no responsibility for the security, confidentiality, or privacy of communications and/or data transmitted over the Internet and makes no warranty (and expressly excludes any and all express or implied warranties) that the provision of the Service will be free from errors or loss of content, data, or information. Additionally, "Daleel" will not be liable for any compatibility issues with customers' computers, their applications, or other software on any computers using the Service.
10. 10. Limitation of Liability.
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall "Daleel" be liable for (1) any damage, loss, claim, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind or loss whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, strict liability, statute, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the content found herein, or (2) any failure or delay (including, but not limited to, the use of or inability to use any component of the Service or this site), or (3) the performance or non-performance by "Daleel", even if "Daleel" has been advised of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party.
    Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Daleel's" liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in any way connected with any of the functions or uses described above of this site, the Service, or its content, to the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not in any event exceed, in the aggregate, the monthly subscription value of the Service paid by the user, regardless of the loss. Furthermore, "Daleel's" liability to you in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, under statute, or otherwise will be reduced to the extent, if any, to which you contributed to the loss or damage.
11. 11. Force Majeure
    "Daleel" shall have no liability and shall be excused from all contractual obligations and liabilities (e.g., for damages) if its performance of these Terms and Conditions is affected by a force majeure event. For the purpose of this clause, the term "Force Majeure" means and includes any event that was not under the control of "Daleel", or was not reasonably foreseeable, including, but not limited to, any natural disaster such as thunderstorms, floods, storms, fire, national emergency, strike or similar labor action, or unavailability of the Internet for reasons beyond "Daleel's" control.
12. 12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law.
    All provisions, terms, rules, and the privacy policy are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its judicial jurisdiction, and users hereby acknowledge this.
